Activation Fee- One time property-specific fee. Nonrefundable after activation services are completed.
9-Month Monitoring Fee- Covers Months 1 through 9.
3-Month Monitoring Credit- Months 10 through 12 are included at no additional monitoring charge.
12-Month Monitoring Term- 9 paid monitoring months plus a 3-Month Monitoring Credit.
